If you havn't checked out fitlife.tv with Drew you must head over to his site today. I love it! He has so many great videos about all things Health. This recipe was one he featured a couple of months ago. I've been using the flax/coconut milk as my pre-gym breakfast and LOVE LOVE it! The aloe water taste horrible but you don't have to consume a large amount so you will survive. Magnesium.....LOVE! I have totally enjoyed the calming effect this has had on my guts, muscles and mind. I have had excellent sleep, regular bowel movement and reduced tension both physically and mentally while I've followed this cleanse routine.

  • Wk1/wk2

  • 3.5 oz Goat Kefir (Vegan/veg option - coconut milk or almond milk)

  • 1 tbsp Flax seed flour (can be purchased at http://amzn.to/1r4tXZF )

  • 4.5 oz Goat Kefir (Vegan/veg option - coconut milk or almond milk)

Instructions

  1. Take Flax Seed Flour with Goat Kefir for breakfast. For the FIRST WEEK : Mix 1 tbsp. flax seed flour to 3.5 Goat Kefir, and in the SUCCEEDING WEEKS: Increase 1 tbsp. flax seed flour every week to 3.5 Goat Kefir

  2. Drink 2 glasses of 12 ounces of Aloe water

  3. Take Magnesium before going to bed.

  4. Vegan/veg option - coconut milk or almond milk
