What do you eat for Breakfast?
I often get asked " what do you eat?" The responses vary but usually it's not what they want to hear. Maybe I should start telling those asking that I eat pastries and whole milk every day before heading off to do my workout. It would probably liven up those conversations and get people really excited for the day! Anyways, here is a list of the repetative foods and combos I eat for breakfast that keep me full, energized and lean.
*Kodiak Power Waffles 1/4 C mixed with water + 3/4 C blueberries
*Oatmeal 1/2 C. mixed with water & 2 egg whites + unsweetened almond milk 1/8 C. little dash cinnamon
*Daves killer thin bread with 1 Egg + 2 T avacado + little spinash raw
*Isalean Meal replacement shake from Isagenix
*Breakfast burrito w/ uncooked corn tortilla from costco + 2 Egg Whites + turkey bacon/Turkey sausage/ham
My list is super simple, not elaborate or beautiful. I am very busy getting FIVE kids off to school each day along with my own work and house hold duties, so I need QUICK SIMPLE CHEAP food. I do have other things I make sometimes but this list is my tried and true most everyday items. This is how I roll.
