Simplicity
When it comes to meal planning and trying to stay on track with the current goals you may have, it doesn't have to be expensive or complicated. I have five kids 3 yrs. - 13 yrs. so life is always busy, loud, messy and exhausting. I can totally understand not wanting to spend alot of time thinking about or prepping every meal in an elaborate way. That being said, you don't have to sacrifice your progress because of the constant hiccups in your day. Meeting your recommended Macro's can be quick and easy. For lunch today I had a delicious Eggnog Shake from Isagenix giving my body Protein, Carbohydrates and Fats along with raw carrotts and ranch. The Macro's in the shake don't quite hit my Carbohydrate goal so I added the raw carrotts to give my body raw, live food that will provide more fuel to get through my day. Think outside your usual habits and learn to listen to your body and give it what it needs to perform optimally. Most important be kind to yourself, feel loved and KEEP IT SIMPLE.
